Printing and Images:

At KitoKite.com, we strive to deliver accurate and high-quality printed products. Please note:

  1. Color Variations: Colors on screens may appear slightly different from the final product due to variations in device settings.

  2. Product Images: Images displayed are for reference only. Slight differences in color or design may occur during printing.

  3. Customization: Ensure that uploaded images for custom products are high resolution for the best results.

  4. Non-Returnable: Custom products cannot be returned or refunded unless there’s a defect or printing error on our part.

Order Cancellation:
You may request to cancel your order for a refund up to 2 hours after placing it. Cancellation requests within this time frame will be accepted, and we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note, a processing fee of Rs. 50 will be deducted from any refund issued, regardless of the order amount.

Cancellations made after 2 hours will not be accepted. By purchasing products or services from KitoKite.com, you agree to these terms.

Important Note:
If you place a custom order without providing the necessary customization details (such as a picture or name for a personalized keychain), we will attempt to contact you via email or WhatsApp to gather the required information. If you do not provide the requested information within one week, we will process your order without the customized keychain, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

Please also note that KitoKite.com reserves the right to cancel your order at any time due to stock unavailability of printing materials or products. In such cases, we will refund your full payment within 24 working hours.
