At KitoKite.com, we provide reliable shipping across various cities in India. Most orders are delivered within 7-8 business days. However, for orders within West Bengal, deliveries typically arrive within 2-3 days.

Delivery Time:

Delivery Attempts:
Our delivery service will make three attempts to deliver your package. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Reshipping Policy:
If your order is returned to our warehouse due to unsuccessful delivery attempts (RTO), we do not process refunds. However, you can request a reshipment by providing updated contact details and the correct address. We will reship your order on the next working day.

Import Duties:
Please note that any applicable import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
