Returns & Replacements:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, KitoKite.com offers a hassle-free replacement. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at contact@kitokite.com, and we’ll guide you on how to return the item. Once we receive your return, we’ll send out a replacement promptly.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items if the wrong product was ordered or if the item simply doesn’t meet your personal preferences. Please also note that the color displayed on your screen may slightly differ from the actual product due to your screen settings.

Replacement or Refund Conditions:
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide a clear unboxing video as evidence of the issue. We cannot process claims without this proof.

You can request a free replacement or refund under these conditions:
– The product is damaged upon delivery.
– Missing parts or accessories are noticed during unboxing.
– The received item is different from the one ordered.
– The product is defective or malfunctioning.

You have 3 days from the date of receipt to initiate a replacement or refund request. Once approved, refunds are processed within 24 working hours and will be returned to the original payment method.
