3. Customized Orders

For personalized or customized products:

  • Customers must provide correct customization details while placing the order
  • KitoKite is not responsible for mistakes provided by customers
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or incorrect

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹)
  • Prices may change anytime without notice
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
  • Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available

Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service
  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather, festivals, or unforeseen situations are beyond our control

Customers will receive tracking details once the order is shipped.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours if they receive a damaged or wrong product
  • Proof such as photos or videos may be required
  • Refunds or replacements are approved only after verification
  • Customized products are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage
